My name is Helen Payne, I am the owner and director of Brainy Babies Home Learning Daycare. I am also a wife, mother of five and a grandmother of three. I have always had an interest in helping others, no matter the age. because of my interest, I was able to obtain a job in the medical field and was able to provide some of the needed services for patients for over 15 years. However, my services needed one closer to home. Fortunately, because my grandmother had her own daycare business and had been doing daycare for over 40 years, I was able to grow in the childcare business right beside my grandmother before health care became part of my life. Once my grandmother retired, my family was blessed to have an added blessing (my youngest child) that prompted me to take over my grandmother’s business and keep the services offered. I enjoy helping families and caring for children just as I do with my own. I have the pleasure of watching my children grow and being a part of other children learning and growing. What a blessing to have families trust me with one of the most important little beings in their lives. The children are our future, and who knows, one day I just may be able to say, I lend a hand in teaching and cared for the president of the United States, A doctor who discovered a cure, or maybe just
somebody who remembers Ms. Helen.
